Bu kullanıcı sözleşmesi ("Sözleşme"), Yatırım Zeka mobil uygulamasını ("Uygulama") kullanmadan önce dikkatlice okunmalıdır. Uygulamayı indirerek veya kullanarak, bu sözleşmenin şartlarını kabul etmiş sayılırsınız.

1. Hizmet Tanımı

Yatırım Zeka, finansal verileri görselleştiren ve temel-teknik analiz destekli raporlar sunan bir mobil uygulamadır. Uygulama herhangi bir şekilde yatırım tavsiyesi vermez.

2. Kullanıcı Yükümlülükleri

Kullanıcı, uygulamayı yalnızca yasal amaçlarla kullanacağını ve üçüncü kişilerin haklarını ihlal etmeyeceğini taahhüt eder.

3. Fikri Mülkiyet

Uygulama içeriği, grafikler, logolar ve yazılımlar dahil olmak üzere tüm materyaller Yatırım Zeka’ya veya lisans sağlayıcılarına aittir.

4. Sorumluluk Reddi

Uygulama üzerinden sunulan hiçbir bilgi, yatırım tavsiyesi değildir. Kullanıcı, bu bilgileri kendi analiz ve karar mekanizması çerçevesinde değerlendirmelidir.

5. Değişiklik Hakkı

Yatırım Zeka, bu sözleşmeyi önceden bildirimde bulunmaksızın değiştirme hakkını saklı tutar. Güncel sözleşme uygulama içinde veya web sitesinde yayınlanacaktır.

6. Uygulanacak Hukuk

Bu sözleşme Türkiye Cumhuriyeti yasalarına tabidir. Taraflar, İstanbul (Merkez) mahkemeleri ve icra dairelerinin yetkili olduğunu kabul eder.

This Terms of Use agreement ("Agreement") must be read before using the Yatırım Zeka mobile application ("Application"). By downloading or using the app, you agree to the terms herein.

1. Description of Service

Yatırım Zeka is a mobile app that provides visualized financial data and AI-supported analysis reports. It does not provide any form of investment advice.

2. User Obligations

The user agrees to use the application only for lawful purposes and not to violate the rights of any third party.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the application, including graphics, logos, and software, are the property of Yatırım Zeka or its licensors.

4. Disclaimer

No information provided within the app constitutes investment advice. Users should interpret and use the data based on their own judgment and risk.

5. Right to Amend

Yatırım Zeka reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time without notice. The updated version will be published within the app or on the website.

6. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes shall be settled by the courts and enforcement offices of İstanbul (Central).
